Live brief with Belvoir Farm working with their own design team to pitch concept

label designs highlighting their new collaboration with the Woodland Trust.

Experimenting with woodcut techniques to bring nature into the centre of the 

design, linking the soft drinks company with the raw wilderness of nature.

The challenge: While maintaining all core values of both brands, design 3 main labels

that perfectly communicate the new partnership and stand out to the consumer.

WOODCUT OUTCOMES

After receiving feedback from the client regarding the artistic nature of the approach, the vectorization process was initiated while carefully preserving the hand-rendered essence reminiscent of woodcut aesthetics, but aligning it more to Belvoir's guidelines.
 

The end product consists of illustrations of tree trunks native to the UK, accompanied by their respective leaves, with each tree representing a distinct flavour.
 

By inverting the original colours of the logo it's able to capture the consumer's attention right away, and show the limited edition features through the new illustrations and darker tones.
